In the "Private Markets Investment Specialist" category, the judging panel noted the bank's deep understanding of experienced and discerning investors, to whom it offers flexible, customised solutions. In the "Marketing Campaign/Team" category, the judging panel valued the intelligent, structured multi-channel campaign and felt that the topic of pension provision meets a very relevant customer need.
